Rob originally hails from England and has been living in the US for 10 years, he began his career in the hospitality industry 9 years ago and after graduating from university in Switzerland he started working for boutique luxury hotels, firstly in North Carolina and then Washington DC for three years, eventually working his way into management roles. He then found himself working for Four Seasons Hotels and Hyatt Hotels until starting with Broad Arrow Group in August 2022.

Rob has always found himself fascinated by cars, growing up watching his father work on the many cars he would bring home, he developed an interest sports cars like Aston Martin's and an interest in classic Jaguars due to his first car memory of sitting in his father's British Racing Green Jaguar Mark II.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Rob spends a lot of time with his wife, travelling and exploring the many beautiful places in Arizona and practicing his Spanish with her, he is an avid Football (Soccer) fan and a supporter of Arsenal FC.
