Missy Rockwood joins the Broad Arrow Group as an Operations Coordinator after spending the past 14 years as the Director of Advancement for The Children’s House, an independent K-8 Montessori School in Michigan.  During her time in the independent school world, Missy was responsible for all marketing, admissions and fundraising efforts.  She also served as a senior member of the school’s administration team that was responsible for managing all aspects of the school’s daily operations. 

Joining the Broad Arrow team seemed like a natural fit as Missy’s early career was in the collector car industry working for Hagerty.  During her time there she managed the call center and underwriting teams and worked with high net worth car collectors in both sales and service.  Prior to taking a temporary career pause to start a family, Missy worked as Hagerty’s HR Manager and was responsible for hiring, developing employee evaluation tools and helping the leadership team in developing the unique company culture that Hagerty is now known for. 

Missy is a graduate of Michigan State University and is currently based in Missy is based in Washington, D.C
