Maddie Baker
Director of Client Services

Maddie Baker comes to Broad Arrow Group as the Director of Client Services after a career spent working in both Client Service and Client Development at RM Sotheby’s. While at RM she managed client participation for many of the live and online auctions across North America, deepening her longstanding relationships with clients around the world and assisting them through inquiry, registration, bidding and buying processes. Maddie also works extensively with the Specialist Team to ensure client support throughout both the buying and selling process and frequently serves as the first point of contact for many clients, a responsibility bolstered by her personality, problem solving skills and industry knowledge.

Born into a family with a deep passion for motorsport, it was inevitable Maddie would develop an enthusiasm for cars. From an early age she could be found in the garage with her grandfather and father preparing their March and Lola for race weekends. In 2019 she joined her family in a 1901 Panhard as they competed in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run and managed to complete the rally despite mechanical issues. Maddie has volunteered at the Canadian Automotive Museum and spends her time away from vintage cars pursuing her other passions of horseback riding and baking.
