Ken is the President of Broad Arrow Group, a Hagerty (NYSE: HGTY) company. In addition to this role, Ken serves as the President of Marketplace and a member of Executive Committee at Hagerty. Before joining Hagerty, Ken co-founded and served as CEO of Broad Arrow Group, which was acquired by Hagerty in August 2022. Ken has over 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, and operations, and oversees all operations of Broad Arrow Auctions, Broad Arrow Private Sales, and Broad Arrow Capital.

Before founding Broad Arrow Group, Ken served as President of RM Sotheby’s from 2016 to 2021. During his tenure, he expanded the company’s global presence, established strategic partnerships and joint ventures, and launched one of the largest collector car financing businesses. Prior to RM Sotheby’s, Ken served as SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Sotheby’s in New York, focusing on organic growth initiatives, strategic investments, and M&A. Before Sotheby’s, Ken was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York, where advised global industrial clients on M&A and financing transactions. He began his career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Seoul and New York.

Ken holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB with honors in Economics from Harvard College. Ken has been a lifelong car enthusiast and primarily collects ‘Youngtimer’ sports cars.
