Erica Reaume joined Broad Arrow Group as Senior Marketing Director after an 11-year career working first as Brand Manager and more recently as Director of Marketing at RM Sotheby’s. In that capacity she was responsible for developing and upholding the companies brand integrity, managed website growth and development, oversaw digital and print campaigns, and was a key player in live auction display and experience. Prior to this role, Erica had an extensive career in advertising working within several Canadian agencies such as MacLaren McCann, Cossette, and BBDO.

Having worked on many different automotive clients, including GMC, Chrysler/Fiat, Ferrari, Porsche, and Aston Martin, Erica brings extensive experience and industry leading strategic thinking to support every aspect within the Broad Arrow Group marketing plan.
