As the latest flagship model for the Aston Martin model range, the DBS was designed to be a combination of not only raw power and race bred technology, but also design excellence. Featuring an elegant yet muscular exterior courtesy of noted designers Ian Callum and Henrik Fisker, the DBS stood strong as their flagship model for nearly half a decade. For the debut of the DBS, it was yet again shown on the big screen as the car of choice by James Bond in the 2006 film Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.
Finished in a beautiful Lightning Silver exterior, this DBS crucially features a six-speed manual transmission, one of the very last Aston Martin models to do so. Power comes from a 5935cc, quad-overhead camshaft V12, producing 510 horsepower - and an intoxicating exhaust tone. Featuring double wishbone suspension with two-stage driver-selectable damping and ventilated carbon ceramic brakes, this DBS is both a very thrilling performance coupe in addition to being a comfortable highway cruiser. Specified with a black interior complemented by Alcantara inserts with piano-black trim, this cabin features the optional 2+2 seating arrangement and heated, power adjustable front seats. The well equipped interior includes a retractable navigation screen and a 700-watt Bang and Olufsen audio system with satellite radio connectivity, and cruise control. Showing just 10,429 miles at the time of cataloging, this elegant yet powerful DBS is sure to inspire the unmistakable James Bond swagger within the next enthusiast.
