Broad Arrow is delighted to present the Academy of Art University Collection without reserve in February 2025. The collection comprises more than 100 cars—including some of the most desirable American, European, and British pre- and post-War automobiles ever produced. Not only does the collection paint a picture of watershed moments in motoring history and design, but its diversity is sure to suit a variety of collecting tastes.
The group of cars on offer have formed part of the world-renowned collection that has been carefully curated over the last several decades, first by longtime President of the Academy of Art University Dr. Richard Alan Stephens, and subsequently by his daughter, Dr. Elisa Stephens.
It is Broad Arrow’s distinct privilege to present this exceptional collection of automotive masterpieces at a stand-alone auction as The Academy seeks to pass on a portion of the collection for like-minded enthusiasts and collectors to enjoy.

Preview Admission
Admission to preview is $10 and requires a government-issued ID for entry. Children under the age of 16 will be admitted for free only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who have provided government-issued ID. Hours are during posted preview hours only. Auction attendance is reserved for consignors, registered bidders and their guests, and approved media.
Bidder Registration
Bidder registration is $150 for in-person bidding. This fee includes admission to the auction for two, a bidder paddle, and an auction catalog.
Telephone, Absentee, and Internet bidding is complimentary.

Please note that many cars in the AAU Collection have been on display in the museum, and may therefore require mechanical inspection and servicing before road use. As part of your due diligence, we encourage you to inspect the cars, history files where applicable, and speak with a Broad Arrow specialist.
